Our mission
The Del Monte Farm is a farmhouse that hosts groups of all ages and families who want to discover the flora and fauna and the beautiful geomorphological sceneries of the Berici Hills near the ancient villages Lumignano and Costozza in the area of Longare, in the Vicenza province.
The farm particularly attracts free climbing lovers, thanks to the presence of the cliff (falesia) in this area, which is used as a natural site for this activity .
The farm structure
The farm is equipped with a FARM CAMPSITE for tents, caravans and camping vans. Each camping pitch has drinkable water, energy supply and a barbecue. Sanitary facilities have hot water, showers, toilets and laundry and dishwashing sinks.
Inside the farm there are two 200 sqm rooms.
One room is heated by fireplaces and is used both as a MULTIMEDIA TEACHING ROOM and as a meeting room.
The second room is open on one side and overlooks a large portico leading to the wide panoramic area, that allows guests to enjoy the sight of the Po Valley (Pianura Padana) and the Euganean Hills.
The farm offers local food tasting and sells HOMEMADE PRODUCTS (WINE, OLIVE OIL, HONEY, MARMELADE, TRUFFLES, COLD CUTS, ecc.). .
